Now boasting 3 Madison WI restaurants and bars, the Great Dane Pub and Brewing Company is a highly recognized name around the Madison, WI area. Its laid back atmosphere, friendly staff, and quality beer have made the Great Dane a popular watering hole for Madison college students and locals alike, but just because this place is known as a great bar doesn’t mean you should count them out when your belly’s a rumble’n. The Great Dane Pub and Brewing Company serves up some of Madison Wisconsin’s most delectable pub fare every Sunday through Thursday from 11am-10pm and every Friday and Saturday from 11am-11pm (a variety of brunch items are served on Sundays from 11am-2pm, in addition to the full dining menu). Indecisive patrons beware, from their famous burgers to their award winning appetizers, once you get a load of the Great Dane’s menu you’ll realize that choosing your items is no simple task. Some suggestions per us would be to start off with their Bac-N-Steak popper Bombs or their Hot Soft Pretzels & Mustards, move on to their MadCity Mama’s BBQ Meatloaf or Brat & Bacon Pretzel Burger, and then wash it down with one of their impeccable brews.
