The Roman Candle

Pizza that's out of this world seems to have found its way into Madison's very own backyard. The Roman Candle located on Willy St. is truly a pizza lovers "slice" of hot, cheesy heaven. Newer to the neighborhood, but already making a name, this small pizzeria delivers big on flavor and fun. We recommend "The Animal Lovers" (a piled high, veggie pie) or if you’re in the mood for something a little adventurous try their "Roman Candle" (signature fireworks sauce, banana peppers, and sausage). Far from just your average pizza joint, The Roman Candle also offers a full menu of soups, salads, entrees, desserts, and not to mention a wide selection of bottled beers and wines. These guys, to say the least, know what their doing. We are pretty much willing to bet the farm that The Roman Candle will be a Madison favorite for years to come.
